Rental Guidelines

At Twin Falls Trailer Rental, we strive to provide a smooth, efficient, and transparent rental experience. Please review the following rental guidelines to ensure a successful transaction:

Rental Hours

Our pick-up and drop-off hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

Renters' Responsibility

All rental forms MUST be signed by the individual renting the trailer. This ensures clear communication and understanding of our rental agreement.

Brake Controller Requirement

All vehicles towing a trailer equipped with electric brakes MUST have a brake controller installed. This is a critical safety requirement that we strictly enforce.

Adequate Tow Vehicle

Please ensure your tow vehicle is of adequate size and capacity to handle the trailer you are renting. If you are unsure, our team can assist you in determining a suitable match.

Required Documentation

The driver picking up the rental trailer must present a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance at the time of pickup. Copies of these documents will be kept on file for the duration of the rental.

Rental Return

The trailer must be returned to the location it was rented from. If there are any issues with returning the trailer, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.

Payment

We accept major credit cards as the sole form of payment for rentals. We require full payment before the trailer leaves our facility.

Trailer Condition

Trailers should be returned in the same condition they were rented. Any damages or excessive dirt may result in additional fees.

Cancellations

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel your rental, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation charges.

No Smoking

For the comfort of all our customers, all trailers are non-smoking. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

Safety First

Always follow local and state towing laws and speed limits when using our trailers.
