We are open for pick-ups and drop-offs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please schedule your activities within this timeframe to ensure a smooth rental experience.

During the pickup of the rental trailer, the driver is required to provide a current driver’s license and evidence of insurance. These documents will be retained on our records throughout the rental period.

Our facility exclusively accepts major credit cards for rental payments. Please note, the full payment must be processed prior to the departure of the trailer from our premises.

We acknowledge that circumstances can alter. Should you need to cancel your rental, we kindly request a notification at least 24 hours before the planned pickup time to prevent incurring cancellation fees.

It’s crucial that the person renting the trailer personally signs all rental forms. This helps maintain transparent communication and understanding of our rental terms.

The trailer should be brought back to the same location from where it was hired. If returning the trailer poses any challenges, we request you to contact us promptly to explore alternative solutions.

It’s mandatory for all vehicles pulling a trailer with electric brakes to have a brake controller installed. We rigorously uphold this essential safety regulation to ensure everyone’s well-being on the road.
